Storm Playbook for Hopkins County TX
Before the storm, we walk your site, map hazards, and set stack zones so plows never block drains, hydrants, or line-of-sight for drivers. We flag downspouts that drip, tiles that stay slick, and shaded corridors that ice first, then we plan passes to hit those areas early and often.
During the storm, dispatchers watch radar, wind, and temperature spread, resequencing routes when bands stall or intensify. Photo updates roll in automatically, giving you confidence that each pass is happening on schedule.
Post-storm reviews with your managers identify tweaks for the next eventstack adjustments, trigger refinements, or communication preferencesso each subsequent storm gets smoother.
